Your browser transmits an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested and the browser type. We use this to operate and secure the site, delete it within seven days, merge it with nothing and pass it to no one.

Contacting us

Your message and contact details are stored to handle the matter and answer follow-up questions. They are not passed on without your consent and are deleted once the matter is settled.

Mail we send on behalf of clients

The client remains the controller of their recipient data. We act strictly on instruction as a processor, use the data for nothing else and disclose it to no one.

Delivery and interaction data

We record delivery, rejections and whether links were opened. This serves deliverability and billing. You may object at any time; unsubscribing ends it regardless.

Suppression list

Unsubscribed addresses are kept on a suppression list. That is the precondition for reliable deletion, not a contradiction of it — without the entry we could not tell that you opted out. It is used for nothing else.

No cookies, no external resources

This site sets no cookies and loads no fonts, scripts or tracking pixels from other servers.
