Anti-Spam Policy
Customer communication only works as long as it is welcome. Unwanted mail destroys exactly that — for the recipient, for the client and for everyone else sending over the same systems. It is therefore a reason to terminate, not a matter of degree.
What we guarantee
- No unsolicited mail leaves our systems, and we do not let anyone send it through them.
- We do not work with clients who we know, or come to learn, send unsolicited mail elsewhere.
- Address data from our programmes is never sold, rented or exchanged — not even within the same group of companies.
- Every list is checked for origin before the first dispatch, and monitored afterwards.
What counts as a violation
- Sending to addresses whose consent cannot be produced on request.
- Content that has nothing to do with what the recipient signed up for.
- Obscuring who is sending, on whose behalf, or why.
- An unsubscribe that does not work, is delayed, or is made conditional.
What we do when you report it
- Receipt is confirmed and the mailing is traced to the responsible programme.
- On reasonable suspicion the programme pauses immediately — the investigation follows, it does not precede.
- A confirmed violation ends the client relationship and the affected addresses are blocked for good.
- Blocklist operators reach us at the same address and receive what they need to assess the case.
Report unwanted mail
Received something from our systems you did not sign up for? Send us the complete message headers — they identify the sending path beyond doubt and let us act on the right programme.
